Remember The Selby? It's that great site I plugged a while back consisting of photos (and drawings, and little Q&As, of late) of the homes of creative and interesting people. Pierre Hermé has been profiled recently! Hermé is a pastry chef, known mostly (at least by slavish food-blog followers like myself) for delicious macarons. I'm a macaron fan, when I can find them, as you can see here or here. If you've never had one (and you're not allergic to almonds or anything) you should try them! yes yes

It has been so nice here lately. You go outside, and the sun is shining, and everyone is smiling at you (or about to bite you - please take care to distinguish) and you can sit in the park and talk to your friends about the nature of infinity until you both get so creeped out that you have to talk about something else, like that girl's crazy hair, or oh my god, look at that adorable baby telling a story. (start at that first image, and keep clicking right until he's not telling a story any more. oh my god adorable.) Anyway what was I saying? Oh yeah! I'm glad I am not dead yet. There is still work to be done.

News! There is a new Overqualified letter. And on my livejournal I wrote a bit about why I like Invincible so much. Also, I have a twitter account! And I am working on a new book, and it is so much fun to write crazy things.
